about
Throughout my veterinary career, and indeed my experience with my own animals, I have become increasingly aware of the stress a trip to the vets can cause to both pets and their owners.
Furthermore, my vision has always been to provide a more personal approach to veterinary care - with greater case continuity and involvement - than is often possible in a practice setting.
The philosophy behind Pets at Peace has grown out of these observations.
We come to you: providing a relaxed, convenient and personalised consultation discussing pain management, palliative care and end of life care from professional, experienced vets that both you and your pet can feel comfortable with.
Born out of this relationship, the focus will be on improving quality of life and providing the best end of life care when the time comes.

what pet owners say
"Highly Recommend"
I highly recommend Jess. We cannot thank her enough for her kindness and excellent service she provided our cat Annie in the last year. She has been so compassionate, a good listener and we really appreciated her expertise in helping us make some difficult decisions. It brought much comfort that Annie’s ending was carried out with such compassion and care and in the comfort of her own home where she felt safe and loved.

"Couldn't have hoped for a better experience"
Jess has been amazing with end of life care for our beloved dog Alfie. She suggested some medications our previous vet hadn’t, as she knew we wanted to try everything we could before taking the hard decision to put him to sleep. Seeing her compassion and obvious knowledge around Alfie’s problems made me wish we had switched to her years ago. Unfortunately due to his age and his quality of life we eventually had Alfie PTS, but it was done at home and it was so peaceful, I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience of such a sad day.
