We respectfully ask for payment at least 48hrs beforehand to confirm the appointment, or at the time of booking if within 48hrs. You will receive an email with information about how to pay. This can be by card or BACS.

PRICE LIST AS OF 11TH SEPTEMBER 2023:

Euthanasia:
(includes insurance form submission, when required)
Euthanasia Cat: £220
Euthanasia Small dog (<10kg): £240
Euthanasia Medium dog (10-25kg): £270
Euthanasia Large dog (25-40kg): £300
Euthanasia Extra Large dog (>40kg): £360
Evening surcharge: +£50 between 6-8pm; +£100 8-12 midnight
Weekend euthanasia surcharge: +£50

Pre- euthanasia assessment (clinical examination and discussion - suitable if you aren't sure whether it's time or if you want to discuss possible palliative options) : £130 (full medical history required prior to appointment)
NB. Euthanasias outside of our area may incur a mileage charge.

Cremation prices: these vary by requirement but are in addition to the above prices. You are welcome to arrange cremation or home burial yourself, just let us know.

INDIVIDUAL CREMATION OPTIONS (ASHES RETURNED):
Cremation can be organised with and paid directly to wharfedale pet cremations - please click to contact them and check their price list. Kathryn or Andy will collect your pet from your home and return their ashes to you, aiming to do this within 24 hours where possible (PLEASE CHOOSE THIS OPTION IF YOU WOULD LIKE MORE TIME WITH YOUR PET AFTER EUTHANASIA).

Individual Cremation can also be organised with and paid directly to Pets at Peace (please check to ensure this service is available when booking).
There are two options for this service:

We can take your pet with us to the crematorium in Harrogate and return their ashes to you, aiming to return ashes to you within the week. PLEASE NOTE THIS RETURN IS IN A SCATTER TUBE ONLY, AND CAN ONLY BE CARRIED OUT ON WEEKDAYS.

Or we can take your pet with us to be cremated by PCS. Ashes are returned within 2 weeks in most cases. This option is available 7 days a week. Prices quoted are for a scatter tube or eco bamboo casket with plaque. We are able to get other options from their website at an additional cost. Please ask if you would like a quote for an alternative vessel.
PRICES FOR INDIVIDUAL CREMATION WITH PETS AT PEACE: (subject to availability, 20kg and over we will need assistance to carry to our vehicle. a mileage charge may be incurred if you are outside of our area)
